Structured Settlements are typically paid out through a highly rated life insurance company as a result of a settlement of a tort claim. What we do is redirect these guaranteed payments from our client to you, the investor, via a safe court ordered process. A court order along with an acknowledgment request is then sent to the insurance company. The insurance company will usually reply within 5-10 business days and will issue an acknowledgment letter stating that they will comply with the terms of our qualified court order.

Annuities, sometimes referred to investment or self-owned annuities, are usually purchased as an investment by individuals or entities to provide fixed income and are also paid out through a highly rated life insurance company. A simple change of ownership is done to transfer ownership of the policy and annuity payments from our client to you. An acknowledgment of the change of ownership is provided by the insurance company.
